The Infant SafeSeat™ (Step 1) is one of the few Infant Carriers on the Market that will accommodate a child rear-facing up to 30 lbs and 32 inches tall. Thus fitting 97% of one year olds which is very important as children must remain in a rear-facing car seat until they reach One Year AND at least 20 lbs. The convenient stay in car base features an innovative belt lock-off which tightly secures the vehicle seatbelt for easy installation. One-hand dial adjustment on the base will also help ensure that you have the proper angle for installation. The Patent Pending, 5-point harness buckle features a front adjust which make buckling & unbuckling more pleasant for both parent & child. This lightweight carrier is also equipped with an ergonomic handle to provide premium cushioning and comfort. In addition to the standard features of our Infant SafeSeat™ this model is also outfitted with a 180° rotating canopy, removable infant body support and GracoPedic™ luxury foam. With all of these great features the new Step 1 Infant SafeSeat™ will serve you and your baby well from the time you bring your little one home from the hospital till the day he or she reach 30 lbs and is ready to move on to the Step 2 Toddler SafeSeat™.

All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt, UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information.

We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.

We charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call for this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast.

All items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If this is the case you will be promptly notified by email or by phone of possible transit times.

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100.

Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $100.
